Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders are normally shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Once shipped, delivery normally takes another 3 to 7 days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and actual times may vary during high-demand periods or because of carrier, weather, or customs delays outside our control.

Shipping within the United States is a flat $7.50, and free on orders over $100.

We also ship internationally. International rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

All sales are final, with one exception: items confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.

If your item arrives defective, email us at tee@luxe-alpaca.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the return is approved, we will make it right with a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

Approved returns must arrive in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with any original tags and packaging intact. Every return is inspected on arrival, and any item that does not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping on all returns.

Exchanges

We do not offer complimentary exchanges.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, any refund is issued to the original form of payment, normally within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

Email tee@luxe-alpaca.com with your order number, full name, and clear photos of the defect. We review each request individually and reserve the right to approve or decline a return at our discretion.
