Return Policy

At Luxe Alpaca, every piece is inspected before it leaves us. Because our items are produced and shipped through our production partners, all sales are final except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Defective Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at tee@luxe-alpaca.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

To be eligible, an approved return must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with any original tags and packaging intact. All returns are inspected on arrival, and any item that does not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the customer.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all returns.

Exchanges

We do not offer complimentary exchanges.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, any refund is issued to the original form of payment, normally within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

Email tee@luxe-alpaca.com with your order number, full name, and clear photos of the defect. We review each request individually and reserve the right to approve or decline any return at our discretion.
